NOTE:
1. Before extracting, accessory#6, #4-1 and #7 must be removed from #4.
2. You don’t have to remove the exhaust before extracting the bush.
STEP:
Step 1: Mount the tool on CR-V, K6 & K8 rear trailing arm. Please refer to
the removal illustration for guidance.
Step 2: Check the hook and make sure they are securely installed.
Step 3: Remove the bush by rotating the main bolt with wrench or socket.
Step 4: Extract the bush.
NOTE:
1. Clean and lubricate the bush with WD-40 lubricant, recommended, before installation.
2. Accessory #6, #7 and # 4-1 have to be fixed into #4 by hex. wrench.
STEP:
Step 1: Put the bush and align it on the rear trailing arm.
Step 2: Mount the tool on CR-V, K6 & K8 rear trailing arm. Please refer to the installation illustration for guidance.
Step 3: Install the bush by rotating the main bolt with wrench or socket. completely installed.
Step 4: Make sure the alignment pin is touched with the body of rear trailing arm.
CAUTION:
STOP ROTATING THE MAIN BOLT WHENEVER THE ALIGNMENT PIN IS TOUCHED WITH
THE BODY OF REAR TRAILING ARM.
Step 5: Remove the tool and check the bush is completely installed.
