• The tool is designed for measuring the oil level of engine.
• Application : 2009 and Newer Audi A4, A5 and A6 with a 2.0L TFSI, 3.2L FSI, 4.2L FSI and 2010 S4 3.0L Supercharged engine.
• Minimum Engine Oil Temperature 140º F (60º C)
• Vehicle Must be in Level Position
• After Stopping Engine, Wait a Few Minutes to Allow Oil to Flow Back into Oil Pan Marking Field on the Dipstick
• Adjust the Value on the A1386 on the Upper Scale (see arrows)
by Loosening the Knurled Screw & Moving the Adjusting Ring to
the Position Shown on the Chart Below. Tighten Knurled Screw.
• Insert the Oil Level Dipstick A1386 into the Oil Dipstick Tube
Until Adjusting Ring Stops at the Top of the Tube
• Read the Value on the Scale at the End of the Dipstick
